Dear Renewal Foundation Friends:
After nominated by Taiwan President Ma and confirmed by its Legislature Yuan, Mr. Wang Chien-Hsuan has officially
taken the leader position of Control
& Audit Yuan. Mr. Wang has strong virtue of morale as well as deep experience
of government services which definitely qualify him as the best person for this
position and its responsibility. We are glad our country and community has his civil
service. And his selfishness and sacrifice spirit certainly will enhance the
performance to an upper level.
On June 24, 2008,
Mr. Wang resigned his chairmanship from the Renewal Foundation as his personal
style (not to have any conflict of interests from the past association). He
also wishes all the volunteers for the Foundation continue their dedication to
help the countess needy children.
In the recent months, we received many phone calls and inquiries
for Mr. Wangs future status and the future of the Foundation (after his
departure). We are moved by all these concerns for their sincere care. Now Mr. Wangs
nomination is confirmed and we are proud to say from the very beginning, Mr.
Wang established a comprehensive internal audit and management system for the
projects such as Love School,
Pearl Recovery and One egg for one kid. Since 2001 we followed this system.
All the donors records are well kept. Foundation is managed by volunteers only;
no one is on the payroll. All administrative expense is under 3%. The
Foundation will continue its original mission and provide services for hundred
and thousands of children regardless of any possibility to meet them in person.
Whenever we realize our little network can connect your compassion with
dreams and ideas, the rewards are beyond discretion. The Foundation belongs to
everyone. Together, we will continue to march forward.
Eight years of hard work under Mr. Wangs leadership, the
Foundation has benefited thousands of students. Despite his departure, we
(volunteers and donors) will continue his original belief of Bring the love to
everywhere. We keep promoting and developing education activities.
Herewith, in representing all Foundations members including
donors and volunteers, staffs in the school and children who were benefited, we
send Mr. and Mrs. Wang our deepest thanks and best wishes.
